Foundation DiDEE is in full "Dutch Initiative for Democracy in Eastern Europe" and founded in 2005. We are a non-profit association from the Netherlands and both with strong roots in Holland as well as our focus countries in Eastern Europe (Ukraine, Russia, Belarus, Moldova, Romania and Caucasus in Armenia, Azerbaijan and Georgia).
